Why can’t I see any jobs on Pagato?

If you're having trouble seeing jobs on the Pagato app, don’t worry! There are a few common reasons why this might happen, and they’re usually easy to fix. Let’s break it down:

1. Filters might be messing things up

One of the most common reasons you might not see any jobs is because of the filters you’ve set. The app has filters for location, job type, and availability. If these filters are too specific, like looking only for jobs within 1 mile that are available today, it might narrow down your options too much.

How to fix it: Go into the app’s job board and play around with the filters! Try expanding the distance or changing the availability options to see more jobs. You can always change them back later if it doesn’t show what you need.

2. We’re not available in your area (yet)

Pagato is growing fast, but we’re not everywhere just yet. As of fall 2024, Pagato launched in summer 2024 and is still rolling out to new areas. It’s possible we haven’t expanded to your location just yet.

How to check: Make sure to check where we’re active. If we haven’t reached your area, don’t worry — we’re always expanding, so keep an eye out for updates!

3. We’re building our worker base first

Here’s the most important thing to know: Pagato launched in summer 2024, and when we first started, we needed to focus on building a solid base of workers like you before bringing on lots of businesses. Many businesses won’t post jobs until they know there are enough workers on the platform to fill them.

Right now, in fall 2024, we’re working hard to get businesses on board after growing our worker community. Jobs will start popping up more and more as businesses start using Pagato.

Why is this? Businesses want to know there are plenty of workers ready to go before they commit to posting shifts. So if you don’t see many jobs now, hang tight! More are coming soon as we roll out to more businesses.
