To begin your journey with Pagato and access temporary work opportunities,

the first step is to create and set up your worker profile. This profile is your

digital resume and the key to matching you with the right job opportunities.


Here's how to get started:

Personal Information: Start by providing your essential personal details. This

includes your first name, last name, phone number, and date of birth. These

details are crucial for us to verify your identity and ensure that we can contact

you regarding job opportunities.


Can I modify my profile details after initial setup?

Yes, you can update your information, including personal details, resume,

and certifications, at any time through your profile settings.


Profile Picture: 
Upload or take a profile picture. A clear and professional-

looking photo adds a personal touch to your profile and helps employers

recognize you when you arrive for your shift. Ensure the picture is recent and

presents you in a professional light.

Pagato caters to a wide range of industries, from transport

and distribution to retail, events, catering, hospitality, and cleaning. Select the

industry or industries where you'd like to work. You can choose multiple

industries to broaden your job search.


Is it possible to apply for jobs across various industries?

Absolutely. Pagato encourages workers to explore opportunities in

multiple industries to maximize their job options and experiences.

However, specializing in one industry may make you a more experienced

professional and optimize your offers in that industry.


Choose Jobs:
Within your selected industries, specify the types of jobs you're

interested in and feel qualified to undertake.


Years of Experience:
Indicate the total years of experience you have in each of

the job roles you've selected. This helps employers understand your level of

expertise and suitability for specific positions. Experience can significantly

impact the opportunities available to you, as some employers may seek

experienced professionals while others may welcome newcomers to the

industry.


Can I list non-traditional or informal job experiences on my profile?

Yes, any relevant experience that demonstrates your skills and abilities

can be included in your profile to showcase your versatility and work

Upload Certifications:
If you possess any professional certifications relevant to

your chosen job roles or industries, this is where you upload them. Certifications

and the distance from the worker’s location.

A prominent “Apply” button for each listing makes it
