If you’re having trouble with either of these processes, this guide will help you understand common issues and how to fix them.
Incorrect ID information
If your name or address doesn’t match the information on your bank account, the verification won’t go through.
What to do: Double-check that your name and address are exactly the same as what is listed with your bank. Even small differences, like a missing middle name or a different format, can cause issues.
Wrong credentials
Entering the wrong password or username to your bank account can prevent you from logging in and completing your verification.
What to do: Make sure you are using the correct credentials. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option to reset it.
Incorrect security question answer
If you answer a security question incorrectly, your account may be temporarily locked or you may not be able to proceed.
What to do: Try to remember the answer you set when you created your account. If you continue to have trouble, contact your bank's support for help.
Bank doesn't support Zūmrails
Some banks are not compatible with Zūmrails’ instant pay feature. If your bank isn’t supported, you won’t be able to receive instant payments.
What to do: Check with your bank to see if they support Zūmrails. If not, you might want to consider linking a different bank account that is compatible.
Server issues
If too many requests are made in a short period of time, it can cause temporary errors. This often happens when you submit multiple applications quickly or refresh the page repeatedly.
What to do: To avoid these issues, please do not submit multiple requests in a short time. If you encounter a delay or error, wait a few minutes and try again later. This helps ensure your application is processed correctly and without further issues.
