Account Creation: Signing up is straightforward. Visit the Pagato website and select the option to create a business account. You'll need to provide some basic information about your business to get started.


Writing Effective Job Posts:


Clarity is Key: A good job post clearly outlines the role, responsibilities, and any specific requirements such as necessary skills or experience.


Detailed Instructions: Include precise directions to your location, any special entry instructions, what to bring, dress code specifics (like tying up hair or wearing non-slip shoes), and any other essential details to ensure workers are well-prepared.


Booking in Advance: To secure the best match for your needs, we recommend booking workers at least 3 days in advance. This gives you enough time to review applications and allows workers to plan their schedules accordingly.


Choosing The Worker: When posting a job on Pagato, businesses have the flexibility to choose how they fill their shifts. You can opt for the convenience of having the first compatible worker who applies automatically hired for the job, streamlining the process and saving valuable time. Alternatively, if you prefer a more hands-on approach, you have the option to manually select from a pool of applicants. This allows you to review profiles, Pagato scores, and previous reviews to find the worker best suited to your specific needs and standards. Whichever method you choose, Pagato is designed to accommodate your preferences, ensuring you get the right fit for your business every time.



Cancellations


Policy Overview: Cancellations can disrupt plans and affect both your operations and the worker’s schedule. To mitigate this, Pagato has a clear cancellation policy in place.


For Businesses: If you need to cancel a shift, doing so more than 24 hours in advance is ideal. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the shift's start may incur fees.


Communication is Vital: In cases where cancellation cannot be avoided, communicate this as soon as possible through the platform, allowing workers to adjust their schedules.
