What information is visible on my profile?


When businesses consider hiring you for a shift through Pagato, they can view the following details on your profile:


  1. Industry Experience & Job History: A comprehensive record of the industries and specific jobs you have worked in, both on and off the Pagato platform.

  2. Resume/CV: Your uploaded resume or CV, showcasing your skills, experience, and qualifications.

  3. Languages Spoken: A list of languages in which you have noted can speak.

  4. Job Preferences: Information about the types of jobs that interest you.

  5. Ratings & Reviews: Feedback and ratings from previous shifts you have completed through Pagato.

  6. Pagato Score: Your overall Pagato Score, which reflects your reliability and performance. For more information on how this score is calculated, please refer to the detailed explanation below.


About The Pagato Score

The Pagato Score is a comprehensive rating system that reflects a worker's reliability and performance on our platform. This essential metric gives businesses a clear view of a worker's punctuality, dependability, and overall conduct. It considers factors such as timely arrivals, last-minute cancellations, and no-shows. By assessing these critical aspects, the Pagato Score ensures businesses can trust the workers they hire


In your profile, you can view your Pagato Score prominently displayed below your name and profile picture.


Negative Points

These actions will negatively impact your Pagato Score, which is visible on your profile. Please be aware that all businesses you apply to will have access to your score and past ratings.


  • No-Shows (more than 1 hour late): This is considered a severe infraction and will also result in account suspension.

  • Late Show (more than 2 minutes late): This is considered a severe infraction.

  • Low Rating from Business (less than 3 stars): This is considered a mild infraction.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of shift start: This is considered a severe infraction.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of shift start: This is considered a mild infraction.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of shift start: No penalty.

 



Positive Points

These actions will positively enhance your Pagato Score, which is visible on your profile. This score is accessible to all businesses you apply to and reflects your reliability and performance.


  • 4-Star Rating: Receiving a 4-star rating from a business will positively impact your score.

  • 5-Star Rating: Receiving a 5-star rating from a business will significantly boost your score.

  • Consistent 5-Star Ratings (5 times in a row): Maintaining a streak of 5-star ratings for five consecutive shifts will provide an additional boost to your score.

  • Consistent 5-Star Ratings (10 times in a row): Achieving 5-star ratings for ten consecutive shifts will further enhance your score.





Score Ranges

  • Below Average: 3.50 - 5.00 points
  • Starting Point Level: 5.00 - 6.00 points
  • Average: 6.50 - 7.00 points
  • Above Average: 7.50 - 8.00 points
  • Exceptional: 8.50 - 9.00 points
  • Pagato Platinum Level: 9.00+ points
